Fred Parris Towers is a 250-unit affordable housing community serving residents through LIHTC and Section 8 programs, and we’re looking for a customer-focused Leasing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, resident-centered environment. If you enjoy building relationships, staying organized, and helping people find a place to call home, this role is for you.**What You’ll Do*** Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional customer service.* Conduct community tours and guide prospects through the leasing and application process.* Prepare leases, applications, and resident documentation in accordance with LIHTC and Section 8 requirements.* Complete follow-up communication with prospects and support resident retention efforts.* Provide administrative support including filing, record maintenance, and service request coordination.* Assist with compliance interviews and coordinate documentation with the Compliance team.* Support outreach marketing, resident communications, and move-in/move-out processes.**What You’ll Bring*** Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience required.* LIHTC and Section 8 experience strongly preferred.* Experience with RealPage / OneSite property management software preferred.* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.* Professional phone etiquette and communication skills.* Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate records and filing systems.* Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR; occasional driving for work may be required.* High School Diploma or equivalent required.**Compensation & Benefits*** Competitive salary starting at $19-$22/hour!* Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.* Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.* 401(k) with company match up to 6%.* 18 days of Paid Time Off and 11.5 paid holidays annually.* Paid parental leave and lifestyle spending accounts.* Opportunities for growth within a nationally recognized affordable housing developer and property management company.If you’re ready to make an impact while growing your career in affordable housing, we’d love to hear from you — apply today to join the team at Fred Parris Towers!Gorman & Company is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
