First Call Restoration is hiring an Outside Sales Rep to build referral relationships and generate steady job flow for water mitigation, mold remediation, fire & smoke cleanup, and trauma cleanup. This is a relationship-based role (B2B), not retail sales.
What you’ll do
Build and manage referral partners in your territory (plumbers, property managers, real estate pros, insurance brokers, attorneys, funeral homes, etc.)
Set and attend in-person meetings, drop-byes, and set "lunch & learn" presentations
Educate partners on our services and how we handle emergency calls
Track activity and pipeline (calls, visits, meetings, activations) in our simple tracker/CRM
Represent First Call professionally in the community and at job sites when needed
What we’re looking for
2+ years outside sales experience or strong B2B relationship-building background (home services a plus)
Confident, friendly communicator—comfortable walking into offices and making introductions. Tradeshows and Industry specific events
Organized and disciplined (you’ll run your own schedule)
Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle
Nice to have (not required)
Experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, property management, plumbing, or insurance
Existing relationships in Dutchess/Putnam/Westchester/Orange/Sullivan
Compensation & benefits
Base + commission (details based on experience)
Business Expenses, Entertainment, Lunches, and Gas
No Weekends
Flexible, performance-based culture with strong support from operations
Schedule Full-time, Monday–Friday
