Location: Deerfield Beach, FL.

Salary Range: $50,000-60,000

Responsibilities of the Payroll / HR Specialist:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for 250+ employees using ADP.
  • Accurately calculate wages, commissions, bonuses, overtime, and deductions (taxes, benefits, garnishments, etc.).
  • Serve as the in-house ADP expert, ensuring compliance and optimizing system functionality.
  • Partner with HR on onboarding, terminations, compensation adjustments, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure payroll data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist with HR initiatives including compliance, employee relations support, and process improvements.

Qualifications of the Payroll / HR Specialist:

  • 1–5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-entity or high-volume environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ADP (Workforce Now strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Multi-state payroll experience is a plus.
