As an Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bailey Bowen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily operations and customer success. You will grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Your role involves proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve our customers' lives. Grow your career while making a positive impact in your community. We seek attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professionals to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Join a community of good neighbors
