Ranger/Starter/Cart Attendant
The Ranger/Starter/Cart Attendant serves the public and enhances their Cleveland Metroparks golf experience through providing exceptional customer service to golf guests, monitoring greens, coordinating order of play, and enforcing golf course etiquette, rules, and policies. Responsibilities include: Assisting guests with equipment, carrying bags to the power cart, pull cart, or bag rack. Answering questions or inquiries. Coordinating order of play from the first and tenth tee to maintain course assigned tee time intervals. Monitoring the practice green and/or driving range for proper usage. Engaging guests in a friendly and positive manner. Operating driving range ball picker cart and range ball washer. Monitoring driving range ball dispensers and maintaining an adequate supply of clean balls. Communicating and enforcing all golf course etiquette, rules, and policies. Performing general housekeeping duties along driving range stations. Keeping direct supervisor promptly informed of key/significant issues or concerns. Regular and predictable attendance is expected and required. All Cleveland Metroparks employees must be prepared to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as required.
