Titles Specialist
The Titles Specialist is responsible for Arivo vehicle liens from the moment an application is financed until either the loan maturity date, the sale of the vehicle, vehicle trade-ins, refinances, or a total loss occurs. This position is vital in providing mitigation against loss and enabling the Titles department to run effectively. Duties and Responsibilities: Monitors outstanding titles by working with dealerships and various state DMV offices Perfects Arivo's lien on titles while ensuring accuracy of the information Prepares and tracks vehicle titles for customer state relocations Follows respective state agency guidelines on the document preparation for lost or duplicate titles Tracks and monitors repurchase account demands Follows respective state guidelines and regulations to verify registration and title information through state DMV services. Monitors repossessions to ensure the timely arrival of the titles to auctions Cross-training for coverage in other areas Other duties as assigned Qualifications: 2-3 years' relevant work experience Experience in a dealership or auto finance capacity a plus Attention to detail Ability to build working relationships with dealerships and state DMV offices Dependability All employees must adhere to the below Company Values: Respect: We treat everyone with genuine care and concern Intelligence: Intelligence means we're able to learn, grow and adapt.
