Duties
Work with our sales team to build and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients
Open new opportunities and generate leads
Qualify new leads by working intake and consulting with prospective clients
Utilize inside sales and outside sales skills to build our sales funnel
Help generate new sales opportunities through e-mail marketing and warm calling
Schedule online meetings and conference calls with prospective clients
Provide consultations with attorneys discussing their online presence and marketing goals
Attend company sponsored legal association seminars and conferences across the country
Answer questions posed by prospective clients via phone or e-mail
Modify sales materials such as proposals and contracts
Close high value contracts ranging from $40k-200k
Maintain a strong understanding of the product and industry
Provide regular internal reports on sales insights
Consult with current clients about their performance and goals
1+ years of sales experience (b2b or b2c)
Ideal Candidate
Excellent people skills and oral persuasion abilities
Savvy with LinkedIn and Twitter
Savvy with networking and well-connected to relevant contacts
Experience with cold-calling and tele-sales
Able to convey complex ideas for a general audience
Superior persuasion and written communication skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office suite and internet research
Highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
Strong understanding of basic marketing principles
Knowledge of the legal industry or online marketing industry is a plus
Compensation
Base pay + commission for every sale
Average contract is $60k
Full-time employment position, includes: Paid Holidays, 401k, PTO, Health Insurance
Additional bonuses based on performance
