Assist in managing the human resources affairs of the company. Administer humanresources procedures to ensure an efficient system of Human Resources support for company processesincluding new hire processing, unemployment claims, verification of employment, and signature approvalrequirements for Human Resource Processing. Conduct recruitment to fill job openings at the company,including placing advertisements, interviewing candidates, and making hiring recommendations tomanagement. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude towards company goals.Support company supervisors with overall leadership training and development needs including sexualharassment training and protocols, CPR Certification, and human resources information system training.Oversee the training and development of new employees through attendance of workshops and seminars in thevarious areas related to Human Resources including up-to-date federal, state, and local laws, procedures, andcompliance measures. Maintain records of personnel transactions including hires, promotions, transfers, andterminations. Prepare separation notices for employees separating with cause and conduct exit interviews todetermine reasons behind separations. Review documents pertaining to federal and state laws and ensure thatthe company is in compliance with labor laws. Formulate appropriate management methods and employeerelation strategies to ensure the optimization of corporate goals. Stay abreast of Equal Employment Opportunity(EEO) and other employment guidelines to ensure that the company complies with all established laws. Requirements

The position requires two years of experience in the job offered or a related human resources ormanagement position. The position requires skills and knowledge in Human Resources Information Systems(HRIS), employee data management, leave & time management, employee performance management, andbasic analytics.
