Marketing & Business Development Coordinator
West Palm Beach, FL | Full Time | $40,000 – $90,000 per year (Base + Commission)

Position Summary The Marketing & Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for driving company growth through strategic outreach, digital marketing oversight, community networking, and partnership development. This role combines marketing strategy, relationship-building, and lead generation to support our sales team and expand our market presence.
This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, proactive, creative, and confident in communicating both in person and digitally.
What You’ll Do As Marketing & Business Development Coordinator
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry outreach
Target high-value prospects including property managers, HOAs, commercial builders, and real estate professionals
Build and maintain strategic referral partnerships with insurance agents, realtors, suppliers, and community groups
Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team
Research prospects and conduct outreach via phone, email, and text
Maintain accurate contact records and activity tracking in CRM
Represent Ace Pro Roofing at local events and networking functions
Oversee digital presence including website updates, social media (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Business Profile
Manage online reviews and support brand reputation initiatives
Analyze marketing metrics and sales performance to refine growth strategies
Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities
Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to support proposals and presentations
What We’re Looking For In A Marketing & Business Development Coordinator
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Confident and professional in networking environments
Organized and comfortable using CRM systems
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Experience in marketing, business development, sales, or outreach preferred
Familiarity with roofing or construction industry is a plus (training provided)
Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship-building
Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret performance metrics
Reliable transportation for local events and meetings
