Next Up Talent is hiring Events & Customer Acquisition Representatives to support live fundraising campaigns for established charitable partners focused on humanitarian relief and sustainable development.

This role centres around structured event-based outreach.

What Your Days Will Look Like You’ll rotate between organised pop-up events, retail partnerships, and community hubs across Houston.

Rather than waiting for people to approach you, you’ll take initiative — learning how to:

Read crowd flow and position yourself strategically

Identify who is most likely to engage and tailor your opening approach

Deliver short, compelling campaign narratives that highlight measurable impact

Answer real questions about how donations are allocated

Secure long-term supporters through compliant digital sign-up systems

Debrief daily with your team to analyse conversion performance

This is about mastering conversation flow, handling objections confidently, and building authentic buy-in — not pushing products.

You’ll also gain exposure to event coordination, campaign logistics, and performance tracking.
