This is a full-time, on-site role based in Boston, MA, for a Social Catering Sales Manager at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. The primary responsibilities include developing and managing social catering programs, building client relationships, and overseeing the smooth planning and execution of events. The role involves creating proposals, negotiating contracts, collaborating with operational staff to deliver memorable guest experiences, and achieving sales targets through proactive outreach and customer engagement. Qualifications

Experience in event planning, catering sales, or related hospitality roles Strong communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills Creativity and attention to detail in event conceptualization and execution Proficiency with relevant software such as event management or CRM systems Ability to work on-site in Boston, MA, and manage a flexible schedule Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple events simultaneously Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred Experience working in a luxury or boutique hospitality environment is a plus
