In this role, you won’t just execute marketing plans, you’ll help shape them. You’ll collaborate, create, analyze, and influence how we engage with our members and grow our community presence.
What You’ll Do
Partner with leadership to develop and execute dynamic marketing strategies that drive growth and member engagement
Research industry trends, demographics, and market opportunities to recommend innovative products, services, and campaigns
Design and implement marketing materials using a variety of digital and creative tools
Plan, launch, and evaluate marketing promotions, measuring success and identifying opportunities to improve
Coordinate and analyze member surveys, turning feedback into actionable insights
Serve as a key point of contact for member inquiries related to promotions and marketing programs
Manage vendor relationships, including securing bids and overseeing production of marketing materials
Ensure marketing efforts meet regulatory and compliance requirements, including necessary filings
Support and help train staff on cross‑selling techniques and how to effectively communicate our products and services
