to families by guiding them through funeral arrangements and final wishes. Coordinating and directing
funeral services, celebrations, visitations, memorials, and burials. Handling legal and administrative tasks
such as filing death certificates, obtaining permits, and coordinating with clergy, cemeteries, and other service providers. Ensuring seamless operations
by overseeing transportation, embalming (if applicable), and proper care of the deceased. Offering grief support
and ongoing assistance to families before, during, and after services. Maintaining compliance
with all state and federal laws, industry regulations, and funeral home policies. Participating in community outreach
to strengthen Heartlight Funeral Services' commitment to service beyond the funeral. Qualifications: Licensed Funeral Director
in Utah (or ability to obtain licensure). Experience in funeral directing
and arranging services preferred. Strong
communication, organizational, and problem-solving
skills. A compassionate, professional demeanor and the ability to provide comfort to grieving families. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations. Proficiency in funeral service software, Microsoft Office, and general administrative tasks. A valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation. Join Our Team: At
