DMF Lighting is seeking an outstanding
Regional Sales Manager
to drive growth and deepen customer relationships within our
Florida territory . This role is ideal for a dynamic, goal-driven professional with experience in the
luxury residential custom integrator channel . Success in this role requires strategic sales leadership, consultative selling, and the ability to build strong relationships with custom integrators, rep firms, and specifiers. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The salary range is $130,000 to $165,000 annually (based on experience/knowledge/skills).
Experience required:
Minimum
5 years of sales experience , ideally within the lighting, residential technology, or building products industries.
Experience working with custom integrators, rep firms, and residential builders strongly preferred.
Experience selling lighting a plus.
Demonstrated consultative selling ability and customer-first approach.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth aligned with regional sales targets.
Build and manage relationships with residential technology companies and integrators focused on luxury residential projects.
Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective customers in your region.
Partner with local
Manufacturer’s Representative Firms
and relevant
buying groups
to increase market penetration.
Identify regional business opportunities and proactively address challenges.
Provide consistent reporting on sales activity and performance (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
Develop a strong network to identify and qualify new sales leads.
Understand customer needs and present tailored product solutions.
Demonstrate DMF’s lighting products to stakeholders including integrators and specifiers.
Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams.
Support other DMF sales leaders by sharing best practices and fostering a unified go-to-market strategy.
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and resolution of concerns.
Perform other duties as assigned to support DMF’s growth and innovation.
Educational and Travel Requirements:
Four-year degree from an accredited institution
Willingness to travel up 50% of the time
