Type: Part-Time (3-Days In Office, Tues - Thurs)Duration: 3 Months (June - August)Location: Culver City, CaliforniaReports to: Partnerships Manager & Partnership LeadIndirectly Reports to: EVP, PartnershipsDepartment: PartnershipAbout the RoleFlyQuest is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Partnerships & Sales Intern to join our team. In this role, you will gain 360-degree, hands-on experience across the full partnerships lifecycle. From presale strategy and prospecting through postsale execution and partner management. This position will support brand research and outreach efforts, assist with project management of active partnerships, and help track partner deliverables to ensure seamless execution. This position requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and an interest in the business and sales side of esports. You will work closely with the partnerships team to develop a foundational understanding of how sponsorship sales, brand activations, and partner relationships operate within a professional esports organization.Responsibilities Support presale efforts by conducting brand research, identifying prospective partners, and assisting in the development of outreach materials and sales collateral.Assist with post-sale execution, helping coordinate partner activations and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to standard.Contribute to project management of active partnerships, tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverable status across multiple partners.Maintain and update partner tracking systems and CRM records, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions, agreements, and pipeline activity.Conduct research on industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging sponsorship opportunities to inform prospecting and strategic decision-making.Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing and creative, to support the execution of partnership-related campaigns and activations.Assist in brainstorming and developing content concepts and activation ideas that align with partner brand objectives.Gain insight into the esports industry by learning how partnerships connect to the broader business operations of the organization.QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a college degree in a relevant field, or demonstrated interest in Partnerships.Interest in sales strategy, brand partnerships, and esports/gaming sponsorships.Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong attention to detailCreative thinking and problem-solving skills:Strong written and verbal communication skillsBasic understanding of project management principles.About FlyQuestFounded in 2017, FlyQuest is an esports organization dedicated to making the gaming landscape better than we found it.
