Overview:
Generate, steward, and grow catering sales and events for Chick-fil-A Colonial Heights
Ensure world-class customer service and satisfaction
Coordinate with operational teams to execute successful events
Contribute to the growth and success of the business
Aligns with store goals, vision, mission and values to act as a brand ambassador with every interaction
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive catering business
Build and maintain relationships with guests and vendors
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of catering and events
Ensure timely and accurate communication with guests
Manageand develop catering team and provide leadership and guidance
Requirements:
Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
Prior experience in catering sales and event management a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays

Operational Responsibilities
Oversee To Be Collected System start to finish to ensure no bad debt expense
Oversee TMS Bag tracking system to ensure stewardship of catering equipment
Oversee receiving and entering of catering orders into the POS system
Work alongside Operational Leads and Directors to develop and sustain strong systems
Arrange drivers to take upcoming deliveries and communicate plans to operational team
Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering supplies. Including but not limited to: catering stainless table in kitchen, ensuring catering supplies are not stored in dining room, etc.

Monitor and Respond to Catering phone line
Work with Catering Leads to set and achieve catering sales goals
Recruit and train team members for special catering events and deliveries
Own guest recovery for catering orders
Work alongside operational directors to coordinate additional operational help for large catering orders
Maintain tax exempt forms for organizations
Assist Chick-fil-A Colonial Heights store operations when needed
Maintain inventory for catering supplies inform Kitchen Director of ordering needs
Ensure all catering are delivered on time, accurate and with a level of world class service
Ensure all catering orders are executed with the highest commitment to food safety
Measurements:
Food Cost: less that 1% Gap
Food Safety Score: 1 (Elite Rating)
CEM Taste: 75%
CEM ACE: 75%
Catering Sales Growth: + 10%
