Position/Salary and Benefits: Trial Court Clerk II, Grade 18, $18.57, at six months $19.04, then at one year with satisfactory performance $20.47

Job Duties: This clerical position works with the public and other outside agencies regarding court payments. Duties include waiting on the public, processing payments, opening mail, making copies of payment records for agencies and the public, answering phones, and other duties as assigned.
Required Education And Experience
Applicants must have high school diploma or GED certificate.
Previous office experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of modern office management practices and procedures
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
Ability to understand court procedures and policies
Skills in the operating of office equipment
Must be able to work with some degree of independence and responsibility
Must have good Customer services skills
Maintain confidentiality
