This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations and enhancements across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments. This role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, driving configuration best practices, and ensuring successful delivery across stakeholders. You will work directly with business leaders, operations teams, and technical resources to design, configure, and optimize Salesforce platforms that improve sales performance, customer service operations, and reporting visibility. This role requires strong business analysis skills combined with hands‑on Salesforce configuration expertise. Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders Translate business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions Configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features (objects, flows, validation rules, automation) Design security models including roles, profiles, and permission sets Build reports and dashboards for executive visibility Support data migration, cleansing, and integration initiatives Lead UAT coordination and user training Ensure platform governance and documentation standards Collaborate with developers and integration teams when custom solutions are required Requirements
4+ years of Salesforce consulting or business systems experience Hands‑on experience implementing Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills Experience configuring Salesforce Flows and declarative automation Experience designing reports and dashboards Understanding of data modeling within Salesforce Experience supporting UAT and change management processes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware platforms) Experience in multi‑department or enterprise environments Experience with CPQ or additional Salesforce clouds Knowledge of release management and governance frameworks Ideal Candidate Profile
Can bridge business and technical teams Understands CRM strategy, not just configuration Communicates clearly with executives and end users Drives adoption and measurable business impact Thinks in terms of scalable architecture, not short‑term fixes
