POSITION TITLE: Inside Sales Representative - Industrial Markets LOCATION: Milwaukee, Wisconsin COMPENSATION: $60,000 - $70,000 Base Salary + Performance Based Bonus BENEFITS: Full Benefits + 401(k) with 3% Company Match ABOUT MICOR COMPANY INC. Micor Company Inc. is a specialty manufacturer of propietary industrial epoxy grouts, crusher backing compounds and high-performace coatings serving heavy industrial and infrastructure markets. Our products are used in machinery and equipment installations, automotive manufacturing plants, metal stamping facilities, EV and battery production lines, minig and aggregate operations,hospital sensitive equipment, healthvare facilities, paper mills, tank lining applications, industrial floor installations, areospace testing environments, and other demanding industrial environments where durability and performance are critical. We work directly with industrial contractors, epoxy flooring installers, plant managers, OEMs, maintanance managers, and distributors who require technically sound, performance driven solutions. POSITION SUMMARY The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and supporting distributor and contractor relationships across heavy industrial sectors. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by identifying target accounts, generating leads and helping secure product specifications in industrial projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES New Business Developement Identify and secure new accounts through proactive sales approach Propect targeted industrial vertical markets for apportunities Leverage competitive intelligence to build long term success outcomes REVENUE AND MARGIN GROWTH Expand revenue by exceeding customer expectations versus competition Increase market outcomes by maximizing value throughout the sales process SALES EXECUTION and ACCOUNTABILITY Forecast revenue growth and meet defined performance targets Collaborate with ownership, technical director and production to align pricing and capacity QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience Demonstrated success in new account acquisition Experience in construction materials, industrial epoxy coatings, industrial epoxy grouts, adhesives or related industrial products a plus.
