Responsibilities
Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
Qualifications
Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
Present yourself in a professional manner
Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
Real estate license required
Compensation $140,000 per year (plan commissions)
