Role Description This is a remote, commission-based opportunity for a licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker who is ready to operate at a high level.

You will:

Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions

Negotiate contracts and manage deals from contract to close

Build and nurture your own pipeline and sphere of influence

Leverage brokerage-provided systems and technology for lead conversion

Maintain compliance with Indiana real estate license law and brokerage policies

Operate with professionalism, accountability, and integrity
