Overview The Sales & Recruiting Associate is an entry-level role designed to build future Account Executives and Recruiters at IntePros. This position blends business development and recruiting, giving you hands‑on exposure to both sides of the staffing industry.
You’ll learn how to identify new business opportunities, connect with decision‑makers, source top talent, and support client delivery. Through structured training, you’ll develop the foundation for a long‑term, high‑earning career in sales and recruiting.

Source, screen, and qualify candidates for contract and direct hire roles
Conduct phone interviews and evaluate both skills and cultural fit
Coach candidates through resume prep, interview preparation, and offer stages
Partner with Account Executives to align candidates with client needs
Learn the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to placement
Sales & Business Development

Research target accounts and identify key decision‑makers
Prospect through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and other outreach channels
Generate interest and schedule meetings for senior sales leaders
Shadow client meetings and gradually take ownership of relationships
Maintain activity and pipeline updates in CRM systems
Training & Development You’ll start in an immersive cohort‑based training program designed to build a strong foundation in both sales and recruiting.
The program includes:
Classroom‑style instruction and hands‑on practice
Shadow sessions with senior sellers and recruiters
Gamification, competitions, and peer collaboration
Exposure to leadership and top performers
Progressive responsibility leading to client‑facing ownership
Within the first few weeks, you’ll begin interacting with candidates and learning the sourcing process.
During the first six months, you will focus on developing the Recruiter role. After that there will be an opportunity to transition into a Sales position once performance milestones are successfully achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct candidate outreach and screening conversations
Build and maintain a pipeline of talent and prospects
Track metrics, activity, and goals daily
Develop strong professional relationships with clients and candidates
Continuously improve sales and recruiting skills
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
High energy, competitive drive, and positive attitude
Coachable with a strong desire to learn
Organized and able to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
Comfortable making outbound calls and building new relationships
Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with LinkedIn, CRM systems, or sales tools is a plus—but not required. We’ll train you.
This is a performance‑driven role with a clear path forward.

Base salary plus uncapped commission
