We are partnering with a high-growth WealthTech company that is redefining how financial institutions and wealth managers deliver modern investment and client experiences. Our client provides a sophisticated SaaS platform used by wealth managers, RIAs, private banks, and financial institutions to streamline operations, enhance client engagement, and scale their businesses. With strong backing and significant growth momentum, they are now expanding their commercial leadership team in North America.
About the Role They are looking to appoint a senior Go-to-Market Leader to drive revenue growth across the US. This is a strategic leadership role focused on building and executing commercial strategy, scaling teams, and accelerating market expansion.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute the company’s US go-to-market strategy across sales, partnerships, and revenue growth
Build, develop, and scale high-performing commercial teams
Drive new business acquisition and expansion across wealth managers, RIAs, private banks, and financial institutions
Develop strategic account plans and market segmentation approaches
Partner closely with product, marketing, and customer teams to align growth initiatives
Establish and manage strategic partnerships and distribution channels
Own revenue targets and forecasting while ensuring predictable growth
Represent the company with senior stakeholders and industry leaders
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in WealthTech, fintech, or enterprise SaaS serving wealth management or asset management clients
Strong track record of building and scaling GTM functions in high-growth environments
Deep understanding of the US wealth management ecosystem (RIAs, broker-dealers, private banks, platforms)
Demonstrated success closing and expanding complex enterprise relationships
Experience leading sales, partnerships, or revenue teams at scale
Strategic thinker with strong commercial execution capability
Credible and confident engaging C-level executives and institutional clients
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
