We are currently recruiting an Account Coordinator to join our team at our Farmington location.

The Account Coordinator inputs and manages orders, estimates materials, offers sales support for the Outside Sales team, handles incoming calls, questions from customers, and provides exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Enter quotes and orders in ERP software & vendor specific software

Provide sales and administrative support for outside sales representatives

Coordinate delivery & return scheduling with customers

Assist phone & walk in customers

QUALIFICATIONS The candidate selected for this position must be highly organized and detail oriented. Related construction or building materials experience is preferred. This position also requires exceptional customer service skills, the willingness to work together as a team and excellent written & verbal communication skills. Successful candidates for this role will possess an eagerness to learn and grow, as well as the willingness to take ownership of the position.

BENEFITS & PERKS Base Salary:

$50,000 – $60,000 per year (starting pay based on position-specific skills and experience).

Additional Earnings:

Order entry commission paid in addition to base salary.
