Real Estate Paralegal (On-site/Full-Time In-House Permanent Position)
Latitude is partnering with a well-established national company to identify an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join its collegial and highly regarded legal department. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who enjoys supporting both legal and business teams and contributing to a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment. In this role, you will take ownership of a broad portfolio of real estate matters, working both independently and as part of a cohesive team. Prior experience in an Am Law 200 firm, real estate boutique, or corporate in-house legal department is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Support the company’s real estate operations across commercial and residential portfolios
Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing leases, amendments, purchase agreements, property management documents, and development-related materials
Coordinate title and survey review, diligence, and closing documentation
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects
Maintain organized, detail-driven systems for document management and workflow tracking
Basic Requirements
5+ years of real estate paralegal experience, including broad exposure to commercial and residential property matters
Demonstrated understanding of and experience working with leases, purchase agreements, title and survey, property management, and development documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly professional, organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities
Technologically proficient, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and lease management software
Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate strongly preferred
Outstanding references required

Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Minneapolis–Saint Paul Metropolitan Area (onsite preferred, hybrid considered)
Start Date: Immediate
Compensation Pay: The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $95,000. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
