Entry Level Sales Engineer (Engineering Degree Required)

We are seeking a motivated and technically driven Entry‑Level Sales Engineer to support our HVAC sales team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a background in Mechanical Engineering who are interested in combining technical knowledge with customer‑facing sales responsibilities. The Sales Engineer will assist in developing system solutions, preparing proposals, and supporting customers throughout the sales process. Salary: $55,000-70,000/year Responsibilities

Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise on HVAC systems, equipment, and solutions Assist in evaluating project requirements, specifications, and drawings Prepare technical submittals, cost estimates, and sales proposals Conduct site visits to assess system needs and installation conditions Collaborate with internal engineering, design, and operations teams Participate in product demonstrations and technical presentations Support bidding and tendering processes Stay current on HVAC technologies, codes, and industry standards Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or related engineering field
