We are currently seeking a highly motivated & self‑driven

B2B Outside Sales Rep . This position will be based in the

Toms River, NJ

area. You will work to grow our commercial business footprint. Forget all the boring sales jobs you’ve ever had. With

You will join a team of industry experts that will assist you in generating new business while selling broad range pest control and management services, in support of our clients’ business objectives.

Responsibilities The main responsibilities of a B2B Outside Sales Rep revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients, and persuade clients to use our services.

Identify and establish contact with potential customers

Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers

Become a subject matter expert on our business services

Build and maintain an active pipeline; measure KPIs; use Western’s proven sales strategy to meet ambitious recurring revenue targets

Exceed all assigned sales revenue goals

Qualifications What we’re looking for:

Innovative and creative thinker

Persuasive personality

Self‑starter, goal‑driven, and with a high sense of urgency

Has a “yes” approach to customer service; exceptional guest service is what separates Western from other pest control companies; must provide a high level of service to all existing, future, and past clients

Works collaboratively and effectively in a team‑oriented environment

Wants to be connected to their community and help give back

Previous B2B Outside Sales experience preferred

Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred

Previous B2B Outside Sales experience preferred

Valid driver’s license required

Must be 18 years of age

Salary Range (including commission) $75,000.00 – $131,000.00 per year (can exceed)
