The opportunity: We are partnering with a high-growth European cybersecurity software business to hire the first dedicated Sales Development Representative for DACH. The business has successfully sold into DACH for several years from other parts of Europe, but is now making a deliberate investment in building structured regional ownership. You will operate in direct partnership with the Enterprise Account Executive in region. This is not a high-volume, transactional SDR position. It is enterprise‑aligned, strategic pipeline creation. They need someone self‑sufficient. Structured. Commercial. Comfortable operating with autonomy. Someone who wants to build a region properly, not just book meetings.
Target: Primary focus: Qualified enterprise pipeline generation. Work alongside the AE to build coverage across Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 enterprise accounts. Drive consistent, structured outbound activity that converts into €50K–€500K+ opportunities. Clear progression path into Enterprise Account Executive for high performers.
The position: Partner directly with the Enterprise Account Executive to build account plans across DACH.
Research, map and prioritise enterprise accounts across Automotive, Banking, Retail/Fashion, Manufacturing and Transport.
Drive outbound activity across phone, email, LinkedIn and event follow‑up.
Multi‑thread into CISOs, Heads of Security, Engineering leaders and senior stakeholders.
Qualify opportunities thoroughly before AE engagement.
Maintain strong CRM discipline and pipeline visibility.
Support regional events, executive meetings and roadshows where required.
Requirements: Fluent German and English. Experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally within SaaS, cybersecurity or enterprise software. Structured, disciplined and commercially driven. Confident operating as the first SDR in region. Ambition to progress into Enterprise Account Executive over time.
