Overview
Domino’s Pizza Customer Service Representative (CSR) role requires a positive, energetic personality, a clear and highly energetic voice, and strong communication skills. CSRs engage with customers throughout shifts, addressing inquiries, providing product details, services, charges, and maintaining product knowledge.
Responsibilities
Interact with customers throughout the shift using a clear and highly energetic voice.
Address customer inquiries and issues, providing accurate product and service information.
Maintain knowledge of Domino’s menu, promotions, pricing, and operational procedures.
Handle phone and in‑store customer interactions with professionalism.
Complete paperwork and record‑keeping at the assigned desk or table.
Physical Requirements
Standing
– most tasks performed from a standing position; walking surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum; work surfaces 36”–48” high.
Walking
– short distances for short durations.
Paperwork
– completed in an office at a desk or table.
Lifting
– bulk product deliveries (up to 50 lb, up to 3′ × 1.5′), stacking on shelves up to 72″.
Carrying
– large cans (~3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (~30 lb), pizza dough trays (~12 lb).
Pushing
– moving trays on dollies, up to 7.5 lb force.
Climbing
– navigate stairs or ladders to change prices, clean walls, and perform maintenance.
Bending
– forward bending at the pizza assembly station up to 45 s repeatedly; bending also at the front counter and stocking.
Crouching / Squatting
– occasional stocking and low‑area cleaning.
Reaching
– reach up to 72″ for oven controls, price signs; reach down for tasks such as scooping cornmeal or washing dishes; reach forward when retrieving toppings, cleaning surfaces, or answering phones.
Hand Tasks
– continuous eye‑hand coordination; frequent use of either hand, shaping dough, manipulating pizza peel, rolling cutter, and pinching boxes.
Qualifications
Positive personality and highly energetic voice.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, work in a team, and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and strong product knowledge.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, climb, bend, crouch, reach, and perform hand tasks as described.
Pay $9.25 per hour.
