We’re looking for an energetic and outgoing Community Events Sales Associate to represent our brand at local markets, festivals, retail pop-ups, and sporting events. This role focuses on connecting with homeowners and scheduling qualified appointments.
Key Responsibilities
Engage attendees and book in-home consultation appointments
Set up and break down event booth (tent, table, signage, materials)
Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications & Must-Haves
4-door vehicle or larger to transport event materials
Ability to lift to 50 lbs
2+ years of face-to-face sales, event marketing, or customer service experience
Comfortable initiating conversations and standing for extended periods
Basic tech proficiency (booking tools, Google Suite; Slack is a plus)
Weekend availability required
Access to a computer for virtual training
Pitch Requirement
Selected candidates must practice and memorize Page 1 of the sales pitch for final evaluation.
