Your Impact
You are responsible for the strategic and tactical development of the Massey Ferguson brand and the sales presence in Germany and Switzerland
You ensure the achievement of market and financial targets (including volume, coverage, conversion, revenue, discounts, and gross margin) across the entire product and service portfolio
You analyze market and competitive developments, derive market-specific sales, marketing, and commercial campaigns, and ensure their effective implementation
You regularly review dealers’ action and sales plans and actively drive resulting follow-up measures
You act as the central interface to internal functions and distribution partners, represent Sales & Marketing in relevant committees, and support escalations, e.g. in credit and receivables management
You lead and develop your team both functionally and disciplinarily and create the organizational framework for effective and efficient target achievement
Your Experience and Qualifications
Completed degree with a business-related focus and several years of relevant professional experience
Strong communication skills within complex brand and organizational structures, ideally with knowledge of European processes
In‑depth understanding of CRM processes and tools in a sales and marketing environment
Strong analytical capabilities, target group insight, and a conceptual, results‑driven approach with high execution capability
High level of initiative and team orientation, combined with very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
