Sales Representatives This is a full‑time, W‑2 outside sales representative position: your role will be to develop relationships with prospective and existing customers. Average annual earnings are between $150,000 to $250,000 per year, and top performers make upwards of $350K.

About The Role

Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills

Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones

Apply consistent effort and a positive attitude to meet planned sales goals/quotas

Promote company products and services

Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts

Provide best‑in‑class customer experience

Work a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays

Key Qualifications

Positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality

Previous B2C sales experience in hospitality, food & beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, or related fields is a plus

Strong sense of ambition, self‑motivation, and self‑discipline

Open mind, willingness to learn and adapt

Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise

Approachable demeanor

Own reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license
