In this role, you will help maintain an efficient and profitable dining room by ensuring that quality service is given to each and every guest. You will uphold our company standards and assist the General Manager in day to day activities of restaurant operation.
A typical day would be spent:
working in the dining room/bar with staff
maintaining/monitoring all company FOH hiring/training
supervise employees
manage/control labor costs
manage/control liquor, beer, and wine costs
