Essential Responsibilities
Responsible for all facets of golf operations, including the supervision and training of outside services, starters, and player assistants
Assist with Member check in; control and manage play
Assist with Opening and Closing Procedures
Assist in managing tournament operations and weekly events including planning, pre-tournament event sheets, post tournament billing, promotion, course set-up, preparation, scoring, prize distribution, and follow up.
Conduct Individual Lessons and Group Clinics
Assist our Head Golf Professionals with management of outside services, player assistants, and starters to ensure the highest quality of customer service is achieved
Assist our Head Golf Professionals with training all golf operations staff and junior programming.
Assist in managing golf cart fleet, practice facility, and club storage
Provide Club Repair and club fitting services to Members and resort guests
Assist with all merchandising operations to include inventory control of hard goods, special orders, ordering procedures, receiving procedures, displays, and sales
Play golf with a variety of Members of all skill levels
Assist with the administrations of staff work schedules in accordance with the Human Resources Department
Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times
