Digital Marketing Console In-Product Campaign Manager leading P0 and P1 launch campaigns across gaming platforms (console, PC, cloud, mobile). Partners with Product Marketing to drive campaigns supporting game sales, Game Pass subscriptions, engagement and retention. Manages 20+ monthly campaigns for a large gaming organization’s subscription service, developing campaign briefs and coordinating with programming teams for execution.
Required Skills
Marketing campaign development (minimum 5 years, preferably video games)
Copywriting/messaging and project management for marketing campaigns (minimum 5 years)
Experience working with programming/developer/content management teams (minimum 5 years)
Campaign strategy development and execution
Project management and time management
Partnership and cross-functional collaboration
Strong communication skills
Analytical mindset for continuous improvement
Attention to detail (typos in resume are disqualifying)
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting large gaming consoles or gaming studios
Web production or digital merchandising experience
Experience as web content manager, advertising manager, media manager, or content manager
Gaming industry knowledge and GTM plans understanding
Consumer subscription services and content marketing knowledge
Personal gaming experience/passion
Advertising, media planning, product marketing, product management, paid media, business strategy experience
Years Of Experience 7-10+ years overall experience in the field
Industry Experience Gaming industry experience strongly preferred, particularly with large gaming consoles or studios. Experience with subscription services and digital marketing campaigns in entertainment/gaming sector.
Education Requirements College degree required, preferably in marketing or related field

Must be a gamer or have passion for gaming
Hybrid work from Redmond, WA – primarily remote with occasional onsite meetings
40 hours/week, no overtime
