
Partnership Marketing Manager

Job Description
The Partnership Marketing Manager supports the strategy, planning, and execution of North American retail and carrier marketing programs to drive growth and retention for Allstate Protection Plans. This role collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and deliver effective marketing campaigns and materials. The manager translates business objectives, data, and insights into actionable marketing plans that strengthen relationships and performance across key partners.
Responsibilities
Support the planning, development and execution of integrated marketing communications to drive partner program success
Collaborate with creative, communications, and business teams to develop marketing and merchandising assets for key partnerships
Manage day-to-day marketing operations, including project timelines, briefs, and execution
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, business data, and market trends to identify insights and opportunities
Partner closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure consistent communication and alignment on marketing priorities
Manage budgets to ensure programs are delivered on plan
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing best practices, identifying new marketing opportunities (e.g., e-commerce, self-checkout, digital content), and sharing competitive trends
Qualifications
4‑year bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
6‑8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in partnership, retail, or channel marketing (Required)
In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Functional Skills
Ability to translate business objectives into action plans
Experience managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent relationship, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Advanced ability to develop, write, edit, and deliver high‑quality plans and presentations
Strong experience using Microsoft suite, including PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
Advanced experience using Microsoft suite, including PowerPoint (must know how to create and present polished PPT decks to internal stakeholders/external clients)
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
