This is a full-time, on-site position based in Omaha, Nebraska. Summary
RD Industries is an engineering-based manufacturing company that designs and produces liquid dispensing and containment systems sold directly to OEMs and manufacturing partners. From our Omaha headquarters, we design, manufacture, and market technical products serving industrial, commercial, and institutional customers. The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that support product awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement. This role manages website content, digital campaigns, email marketing, social media, and analytics to drive measurable business results. The position works closely with the Graphic Artist and cross-functional teams to ensure digital content accurately reflects RD Industries’ technical products and brand standards. This is a hands‑on role suited for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple digital channels in a B2B manufacturing environment. Essential Functions
Digital Campaign Management
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with company sales and growth objectives. Manage online advertising efforts including Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and other relevant platforms. Plan, create, and distribute email marketing campaigns including segmentation, testing, and reporting. Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance data and ROI metrics. Website & Content Management
Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, technical clarity, and SEO performance. Collaborate with the Graphic Artist to develop landing pages, digital brochures, and campaign assets. Assist in developing blog content, case studies, product highlights, and educational resources that support customer engagement. Ensure website messaging clearly communicates product features, benefits, and technical specifications. Social Media & Brand Presence
Create, schedule, and monitor social media content across relevant platforms. Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements to increase reach and visibility. Ensure digital content remains consistent with company brand standards and messaging. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, conversion rates, and digital engagement metrics. Use tools such as Google Analytics and advertising dashboards to measure performance. Provide regular reporting and data-driven recommendations to improve digital effectiveness. Support sales leadership by identifying trends and digital lead activity. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to ensure digital marketing initiatives align with product launches, promotions, and technical updates. Coordinate with the Graphic Artist to develop cohesive digital and visual content. Support trade show promotion and post-event digital follow-up initiatives. Competencies

Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising platforms. Experience with Google Analytics and performance reporting tools. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems preferred. Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable improvements. Understanding of website content management systems (WordPress or similar preferred). Strong written communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly. Ability to collaborate effectively in a manufacturing and engineering-driven environment. Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field preferred. 2–4 years of digital marketing experience required. Experience in a B2B, industrial, engineering, or manufacturing environment preferred. Demonstrated experience executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. Travel
Minimal travel (0–3%) as needed for trade shows or vendor coordination. Physical Demands
This role regularly requires sitting, computer use, talking, and hearing. Occasional standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 10 lbs. may be required. Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment
