Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hybrid Inside Sales Representative located in Centennial, CO. The Inside Sales Representative will engage with prospective and existing customers to promote FODS products, generate leads, and manage customer accounts. Day-to-day activities include reaching out to potential clients, maintaining relationships with current customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves working closely with the sales team to achieve company growth objectives. This is an in-person role that incorporates travel.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation strategies
Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
Experience in Account Management and building lasting client relationships
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
