Role Lead - Business Development

Location Cincinnati, OH

Job Description

Lead business development efforts, including identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts

Build and maintain relationships with clients’ executives, identifying their business needs and delivering high-value solutions aligned to their strategic objectives

Responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with key clients, driving sales

Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability

Collaborate with other business leaders and cross‑functional teams to drive growth

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with TCS partner ecosystem, and other industry experts

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of leadership and success

Strong business acumen, leadership, and strategic thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and deliver high‑value consulting services

Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

Deep knowledge of the Retail industry, including trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Demonstrated commitment to ethical and legal standards, including client confidentiality and data protection.

Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events

Bachelor of Computer Science

Salary Range: $98,000 - $135,000 a year
