Overview The RFID Media BDM acts as a product specialist/expert by taking ownership of assigned end‑user accounts and/or territory across verticals with a specific focus on selling our RFID Media/Supplies specifically in both new and existing customer accounts.
This remote role ideally will be based within the central region. Willing to consider qualified applicants anywhere in the US that are located near a major metro airport. ~ 50% travel to be expected or as business dictates.

Sales Skills - Develops and adapts advanced sales strategies to unique customer needs; creates customer partnerships
Managerial Skills - Often leads others in their development; provides input to policies and practices
Business Acumen - Develops business solutions and directly addresses financial issues resulting in profitable revenue growth for Zebra; able to coordinate and present complete, complex solutions that meet customer needs and beat competition
Market/customer Knowledge - Acts as a resource to customers based on intimate knowledge of relevant industries and needs

Nature of Problems Solved - Solves complex problems which may require unique solutions (e.g., unique applications of existing technologies) that are used across the business in similar situations

Required Knowledge of Customer - Industry strategies and customer positioning; customer financials and business drivers

Business and Financial Impact - Responsible for revenue attainment, margins where appropriate, and personal expenses
Relative Size and Scope - Average to high individual quota for business in like roles or strategic growth potential to be there within a year or two
Types of Projects - Moderately complex deals with a few large, complex deals
Strategic Impact for Zebra - High in near term; medium in mid‑term
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5 + years of experience in B2B end‑user technology sales, with specific experience selling RFID Media (please ensure resumes submitted clearly showcase this experience)

Preferred qualifications:
Solution selling experience/ understanding of more complex sales strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience working with our channel partners
Stellar communication and presentation skills with the proven ability to effectively communicate with C‑level executives
Experience managing multi‑million revenue objectives
Ability to work remotely with minimum direction/guidance
Experience selling Supplies. ID Solutions and RFID highly sought after
Experience selling to manufacturing, retail, transportation, logistics and/or healthcare industries strongly preferred
Good business acumen, independent, self‑motivated, organized and good in managing priority
Must be customer‑oriented, able to influence customers at all levels and a strong internal teammate with a partnering mindset

Salary offered will vary depending on location, job‑related skills, knowledge and experience. All Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. In most other roles, the annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long‑term incentive equity awards.
