Fulfillment Lead

The Fulfillment Lead works with and leads the Fulfillment Techs to prepare products, place within the shipping and staging area, and track deliveries and related invoices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Meeting all 30-60-90 Day Expectations
• Ability to print orders from Ecommerce Platform and Run Fulfillment in Infoplus(Ifnecessary)
• Capable of leading the team to meet and exceed goals when not in the presence of a supervisor or manager.
• Strong comprehension of metrics and the Daily Input Report Also capable of running the report.
• Access and comprehension of the Attainment Report, and impact to overall business.
• Helps to enforce company policies and procedures
• Documents on-the-spot coaching sessions with team members, and communicates documented coachingwith supervisor & manager
• Combines and organizes final LeafLink(sales platform) invoices based upon thevaultsplanogram.
• Tracks any delivery add-ons that must be fulfilled for the next days shipment.
• Updates the digital Status ofLeafLinkinvoices as needed throughout the fulfillment process.
• Checks all manifests/products staged for delivery for completion before placement on the delivery van.
• Prepares all products for sale, including verification of labels/tamper seals for compliance, packaging, etc., in accordance withABC regulations and in-house policies when needed.
• Physically pullsandplacesproducts within the vault staging area.
• Tracks all information (UIN up to the final stage ofsale).
• Tracks all UINs and Test Batch IDs (Steephilland F.A.S.T.).
• Locates each Test Batch ID for all products going to each Dispensary. Downloadsdigital files andbuildseachdispensary's file for the final transaction email.
• Oversees that the product has been digitally transferred to theappropriate roomwithinMetrc/BioTrackTHC.
• Performs a final quality check of all orders before the Fulfillment Supervisor/Manager begins the manifest and invoice process.
• Places all products physically for each dispensary within our shipping/staging area. Keeps all products organized and separated for each dispensary and the delivery team to accurately load onto the delivery vans.
• Communicates any potential compliance issues before an order is fulfilled to the manager.
• Confirms the accuracy of COAs.
• Confirms within our states tracking system that the product name coincides with the strain name listed.
• Assists with any other projects/vault/delivery duties that are assigned by themanager.
• Utilize pallet jacks, WAV,forkliftor other material handling equipment to move inventory efficiently.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Computer experience preferred
• Cannabis Experience (Preferred)
• Inventory/warehouse/Distribution experience (preferred but not required)

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
