Job Description:
Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr Requirement/Must Have: 6-8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in Apex development including classes, triggers, batch processes, and asynchronous processing. Experience building and optimizing Lightning Web Components. Experience with Service Cloud configuration and customization. Strong experience implementing complex Flow automation using Flow Builder. Experience designing and implementing REST API integrations. Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and governor limits. Experience with SOQL, SOSL, Data Loader, and related data management tools. Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. Experience:
Experience deploying Einstein features such as bots, recommendations, and predictive insights. Experience integrating AI-driven capabilities into business workflows. Experience designing integrations using Platform Events, External Services, and Connected Apps. Experience supporting CI/CD processes and deployments across sandbox and production environments using version control tools. Experience implementing Omni-Channel and CTI integrations preferred. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes. Build and maintain Lightning Web Components and related UI components. Implement and optimize Flow automation for performance and maintainability. Customize and extend Service Cloud features including case management and knowledge solutions. Design and manage REST API integrations and ensure governance, scalability, and security. Translate business requirements into scalable and reusable technical solutions. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with architects, administrators, and business analysts on end-to-end solution design. Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure required code coverage standards. Support release management and CI/CD processes. Should Have:
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, Service Cloud Consultant, JavaScript Developer I, or Einstein-related certifications. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
