The Role
We are seeking a
hands-on MuleSoft Integration Technical Developer
to design, build, and support enterprise-grade integrations powering
Salesforce Agentforce for HR
and its connectivity with leading HCM platforms such as
UKG (UltiPro/WFM)
and
Oracle HCM Cloud .
This role requires strong technical depth, ownership mindset, and experience working in regulated HR environments where data privacy, AI governance, and compliance are critical.
What You'll Do
Core Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy secure, scalable integrations using
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4)
Develop REST and SOAP API integrations, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC) solutions
Integrate Salesforce Agentforce for HR with HCM platforms including UKG and Oracle HCM Cloud
Create and maintain architecture diagrams, integration mappings, and technical documentation
Configure API policies, authentication mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS), and robust error handling
Lead testing efforts including SIT, UAT, release management, and production deployment
Provide ongoing production support and resolve integration defects with urgency
Additional Responsibilities
Ensure strict adherence to HR data privacy, PII protection, and SOC compliance requirements
Follow established integration standards, architecture patterns, and CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate closely with HR, IT, Security, and Enterprise Architecture teams
Support AI-enabled HR workflows, ensuring governance, risk mitigation, and secure prompt design
What You Bring
Required Experience
5+ years of hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint (Mule 4) development in enterprise environments
Recent experience integrating Salesforce Agentforce for HR with HCM platforms (UKG, Oracle HCM Cloud)
Deep expertise in Salesforce integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, CDC)
Strong hands-on proficiency with DataWeave, API development, and batch processing
Experience working in Agile environments and operating independently in a contract setting
Understanding of AI governance, security models, and risk mitigation in regulated domains
Preferred Qualifications
MuleSoft Developer Certification
Experience integrating IAM, SSO, and identity provisioning within HR AI ecosystems
Background supporting greenfield digital transformation initiatives
Experience with Microsoft Teams integrations, Service Cloud Voice, and omni-channel HR support
