Job Details Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related technical field. 2-5 years+ of experience in R&D Tax Credits!! CPA, EA, or similar credential preferred but not always required. Strong understanding of federal and state tax law especially R&D credits. Experience analyzing financial statements, cost structures, and tax documentation. Excellent communication skills for working directly with technical and finance teams.
