Seeking Digital Transformation Consultant candidates with relevant Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Clients such as PCBOCC. This is a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Digital Strategy & Workflow Modernization Functional Area Professional - Utilities Enterprise Performance Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. Digital Transformation Consultant | Digital Strategy & Workflow Modernization [PCBOCC0023022] Lead digital modernization strategies to improve workflows and operational efficiency across PCU services.; Assess legacy systems and recommend digital tools (e.g., Office 365, SharePoint, cloud services).; Collaborate with IT and operations to design and implement automation initiatives. Desired Qualifications For Digital Transformation Consultant | Digital Strategy & Workflow Modernization [PCBOCC0023022] (PCBOCC0023022) Candidates: Bachelor's in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; PMP or Six Sigma preferred. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications 5+ years in digital transformation or enterprise systems consulting. Skills Required Process mapping, automation tools, SharePoint, Office 365, systems integration, change management. Competencies Required Innovation, systems thinking, problem-solving, technical communication.
