Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a customer service representative who wants to have an active role in growing our company. Duties: Effective communication with customers, sales team, and manufacturing.
Perform order entry and provide follow-up.
Assist customers with pricing of standard materials.
Strong computer skills including data entry/typing.
Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn.
Ability to describe and communicate product details to customers.
Qualifications: Customer service experience preferably in manufacturing MSOffice skills Technical mindset to read blueprints, etc Experience in a manufacturing environment, BTB sales and ERP experience preferred
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus 1 - 2 years of experience in the customer service or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to perform shop math as needed
Detail oriented.

8 a.m.- 5 p.m., M-F Pay:
$23 Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $23.00 Per Hour
