High School Diploma/GED Required Experience
Strong customer service skills
Responsibilities Operate the front desk and provide positive customer service experiences to all guests and potential facility rental clients Provide general information about the facility and its exhibitions, and upcoming events Offer concierge-like service for guests interested in other Downtown Green Bay and local area attractions and venues Facilitate daily ticket sales for admission Perform set up and tear down of third party events Handle visitor concerns, comments and complaints with exceptional customer service Perform light housekeeping in and around the facility
Qualifications Ability to recognize the importance of responsibility, authority and accountability A willingness to work non-traditional hours and weekends, think independently and take initiative Ability to interact well with a wide range of people and personalities of all levels Strong attention to detail, customer service oriented and able to work in a cultural environment
