Palo Alto Real Estate Associate (2–4 years) | Tech and life sciences platform
Our AmLaw 100 client is adding a
real estate associate
to its Palo Alto team. This group sits close to the deal flow for technology and life sciences companies, from early stage through mature, global operations.
Role summary You will support a busy transactional practice handling:
Commercial and biotech-focused leasing (including complex facility leases)
Purchase and sale transactions, acquisitions, and dispositions
Real estate financings and related diligence and documentation
Candidate profile
2–4 years of real estate transactional experience in a law firm setting
Meaningful reps on leasing and purchase and sale work
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
