As our retail HVAC division continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven

HVAC Outside Sales Representative

to generate new opportunities and contribute directly to revenue growth.

POSITION OVERVIEW This is a

field-based, outside sales role

focused on generating retail HVAC opportunities through direct, face-to-face engagement with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods.

You will introduce homeowners to R3 Heating & Air services, educate them on seasonal promotions and system replacement options, and schedule qualified appointments for our Comfort Advisors and HVAC team.

This position is ideal for someone confident, self-motivated, and driven by performance-based income.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Outside Sales & Lead Generation

Prospect residential neighborhoods through consistent door-to-door outreach

Introduce homeowners to R3 Heating & Air services and current promotions

Educate homeowners on HVAC system evaluations, maintenance plans, and replacement options

Generate and schedule qualified bidding appointments

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of retail HVAC opportunities

Professionally represent the R3 brand within the community

Sales Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with Comfort Advisors and HVAC leadership

Align outreach efforts with active marketing campaigns and seasonal initiatives

Accurately document appointments and activity in the CRM

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve retail growth

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

Active contribution to overall retail HVAC revenue growth
