Promotional Marketing Associate
to join our team in a hands‑on, customer‑facing role.
This position offers valuable experience in marketing, sales, and customer relations, with clear growth opportunities into leadership.
Responsibilities
Execute in-store promotional campaigns alongside marketing and sales teams
Engage customers face‑to‑face to promote products and generate sales
Communicate product knowledge clearly and professionally
Build positive customer relationships
Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals
Qualifications
1–2 years of sales, marketing, retail, or customer service experience preferred (not required)
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated, team‑oriented, and goal‑driven
Interest in leadership and long‑term growth
